Mohave County Deputy Public Defender Kingman, Arizona March 2001 to July 2002:
Focused practice in Criminal Law Serious Felony; was the first hired lawyer in the new regime of Public Defender with primary responsibility for felony trials.

Member, Board of Directors and serving as Finance Committee Chairman, Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority, NARBHA the agency which provides oversight and funding provision to the local communities that provide mental health care, such as Mohave Mental Health, Inc. overseeing a budget in excess of One Hundred Million Dollars a year State and Federal Funding yearly audits.
